Julie was born at Riverside Hospital and was raised in Old Beechwold before moving with her family to Sarasota, Florida. After graduating from the Washington & Lee University School of Law in 1997, she began her legal career representing disabled claimants before the Social Security Administration in Tennessee and Northern Georgia. Eventually her practice grew to include criminal defense and juvenile law. She returned home to Columbus in 2002, where she began representing clients in consumer bankruptcy cases.
Her current practice focuses almost exclusively on Social Security Disability and Chapter 7 Bankruptcies.
Julie is a member of the National Organization of Social Security Claimant's Representatives, the Columbus Bar Association, the 10th Appellate District Pro Bono Committee and related Bankruptcy Pro Bono Subcommittee.
When she isn't working, Julie enjoys spending time at home with her family, watching Buckeye football, and supporting the local musical community. She is an avid animal lover and is currently learning how to kayak.
David Guerrieri was born in Youngstown Ohio and attended Youngstown State University before graduating from Cleveland Marshal College of Law. After briefly practicing in Cleveland, Mr. Guerrieri relocated to Columbus, where his practice focuses on Consumer Bankruptcy. Mr. Guerrieri also serves client needs for minor estate planning, including wills, medical and durable powers of attorney and living wills (advanced directives).
Mr. Guerrieri is a member of the Credit Education Coalition.
Mr. Cox was raised in Hamilton, Ohio, just outside of Cincinnati. He graduated in 1999 from The Ohio State University with a Bachelors of Arts in Chemistry, and in 2002 he obtained a law degree from The Ohio State University, Moritz College of Law.
Mr. Cox began his career representing consumers, with a focus on Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 Bankruptcies. Mr. Cox also has experience representing clients with landlord-tenant issues.
Mr. Cox, a father of two, is a member of the Columbus Bar Association, a board member of the Credit Education Coalition, and a member of the Judicial Liason committee at the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of Ohio.
When Mr. Cox is not working, he enjoys spending time skiing (water and snow), shooting, boating, and SCUBA diving.
